A shop in Great Yarmouth was closed today after a flood in its basement.
Emergency services were called to Edinburgh Woollen Mill on Market Place at 11.38am this morning after a broken valve caused a flood in the shop’s basement.
A plumber was called to stop the leak, while a fire service from the town pumped out the water.
As a result of the flood, a sign was put up on the front of the shop telling customers that it was closed for trade for the rest of the day.
