HER dedication to helping her peers has won Hannah Fenn, 18, a nomination to the Bernard Matthews Youth Awards in the community support category.

Hannah, of Beccles Road, Bradwell, juggles her studies at East Norfolk Sixth Form College with participation on five committees in Norfolk County Council’s youth service.

As a member of the youth forum she meets monthly to discuss issues relating to young people as well as organising Yarmouth Town Hall seminars to engage students from local schools in topical issues.

As an assessor for the You’re Welcome Toolkit – a scheme that has spread across the country – she visits health services to see how well they cater for young people, in terms of environment and attitudes.
