Year 1 children from North Denes Primary school enjoyed playing in their first ever football tournament.

Year 1 children from North Denes Primary school in Great Yarmouth were invited to play at their first ever cluster football tournament at Flegg High School.

The teams took part in a variety of skills sessions lead by the sports leaders from the high school.

They went on to play six matches, which they reportedly thoroughly enjoyed.

A spokesman said: “It was a fantastic event and we are looking forward to the next one.”
