The Health Watch Norfolk team have visited the children at Ludham Primary School and Nursery.

They presented a show about the importance of keeping fit and healthy and they brought along their mascot Nelson the elephant.

The young ones learned about the different food groups and took part in activities where they had to sort various foods into the relevant groups, such as carbohydrates and proteins.
