CHILDREN from Year 5 and 6 took part in an Ultimate Dodgeball contest in collaboration with British Heart Foundation before school broke up for half term and all agreed that it was a great way to keep fit.

The new schools activity programme from British Heart Foundation and children from all over the country are getting to grips with it.

Dodgeball is a massive sport in the USA, and it’s making its mark here too. The aim of the game is for two teams to use foam balls and to outwit each other in a fast game of catching, throwing and dodging.
