CHILDREN from Edward Worlledge Junior School were transported back in time to Tudor days.
The year 1547, when Edward VI ruled and there was total change in England, was recreated at a historical event at Norwich Cathedral.
They met characters including an apothecary, today's equivalent of a chemist, a sergeant in the military and minstrel who taught the group how to dance and bow courteously.
The Year 5 pupils thoroughly enjoyed the trip and asked many questions about that era in British history.
