AN 89 year old man suffered crush injuries to his legs after being trapped under a van in Gorleston this morning.He was treated by East Anglian Air Ambulance crew following the accident, near the White Horse Roundabout on Beccles Road, around 9am.
AN 89 year old man suffered crush injuries to his legs after being trapped under a van in Gorleston this morning.
He was treated by East Anglian Air Ambulance crew following the accident, near the White Horse Roundabout on Beccles Road, around 9am.
The elderly victim was freed after about 25 minutes by fire crews using lifting equipment.
Paramedics administered treatment before the man was taken to James Paget University Hospital, where his condition is described as stable.
