DETECTIVES are appealing for information after an elderly woman was broken into in Gorleston.

The victim was woken by noises and went to investigate when she noticed the window had been forced on Wednesday July 27 between 9pm and 10pm at Blackwall Reach.

It is believed that nothing was stolen.
