The Duke's Head Hotel in Yarmouth was still closed yesterday after a council served an enforcement notice relating to serious electrical faults.
Following Friday night's Yarmouth Borough Council notice 10 people, including landlord Dave Smith and his family, were forced to leave the Admiral's Taverns property and were placed into temporary accommodation or had to find new guest rooms.
Mr Smith said that electrical repair work was being carried out and he hoped the hotel in Hall Quay would be open by the end of the week.
