Ben Stocker was pulled over by police on the A47 by the Halvergate turn-off after he was caught in a police speed check in the early hours of February 28.
Stocker, 21, of Scratby Road, Scratby, near Great Yarmouth, was recorded doing 85mph in a 60mph limit zone in his girlfriend's car after a night out in Norwich.
Yarmouth magistrates heard a breath test found Stocker had 51 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was also fined �150 and fined another �150 for driving his girlfriend's car without insurance.
