It’s a new look Ella Fish that friends take a second glance at these days, thanks to a slimming regime.

Ella, 27, from Belton is celebrating after losing two and a half stone in just 20 weeks.
Over the years weight has affected Ella in a variety of different ways. In school she was sporty, athletic and slim, and it was a huge shock when she had her first child and never lost the weight gained. Post natal depression grabbed hold which caused self esteem issues, but with the help of her family she was able to find a new light and that was Slimming World.
The new year after baby number two, Ella decided she was going to join a group after successfully losing one and a half stone with Slimming World online. Although feeling nervous and apprehensive about joining a group, Ella was surprised by the support and she slimmed back to her pre baby weight in only 13 weeks!
Ella has gained confidence and on holiday wore a bikini for the first time in four years.
She said: “I have more confidence and enjoy wearing clothes I had missed, such as summer dresses and I feel like I can run faster and further and can keep up with my four year old a lot more.”
She has learned how to cook a wide variety of meals from scratch that are nutritious and suit the whole family.

From her success Ella is now on a new venture and from November 5 will be taking over the running of the Belton Slimming World group at the Kings Head pub at 5.30pm and 7.30pm on Wednesdays.
