A SHOWCASE of short break services for disabled children will be held at the Newberry Children Development Centre, on Lowestoft Road, Gorleston, on Monday between 10am and 1pm.

The Short Break Provider Fayre will give parents and families from east Norfolk the chance to find out more about short breaks for disabled children by meeting the organisation which provides them.

Monday's event is one of a series being held across Norfolk which has been awarded 'Pathfinder' status. This means the county will receive additional government funding - £7m over three years - to make a difference offering short breaks to families.

To find out more call 01603 714185 or email shortbreaks.pathfinder@norfolk.gov.uk.

Free crèche facilities will be provided but must be booked in advance.
