The former Canaries skipper will be at the town's Market Gates Shopping Centre to promote the start of the Change4Life NHS eastern region campaign.
Fleming, who played 382 times for City, will be competing in a “Keepy uppy” football challenge against freestyle ball juggler Josh Clancy from about 11am.
During the day health service professionals will be on hand to offer practical health advice to families and there will be demonstrations for the Kuk Sool Won martial arts group, Funky Feet School of Dance, the Phoenix Karate School and Stars School of Dance.
A Change4Life event will also be held King's Lynn Vancouver Quarter on Wednesday with the NHS Norfolk Joy of Food team showing families how they can improve their diet without breaking the weekly shopping budget.
