POLICE in Caister will be targeting alcohol-related anti-social behaviour over the next three months. Responding to public concerns, officers from the Caister and Coastal Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) will increase patrols in problem areas and adopt a zero-tolerance approach with youths caught drinking alcohol.

Responding to public concerns, officers from the Caister and Coastal Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) will increase patrols in problem areas and adopt a zero-tolerance approach with youths caught drinking alcohol.

The three new priorities for Caister are:

Anti-social behaviour involving youths drinking alcohol around the Council Hall in Caister, and the Bracecamp Close area in Ormesby St Margaret.

Speeding on St George's Drive and Covent Garden Road in Caister.

Illegal parking on double yellow lines and in bus stops in Hemsby.

The next priority setting meeting will be held on February 16 at the Old Hall in Caister.
