YEAR 3 pupils from Filby Primary School enjoyed a trip to Flegg High School on Tuesday to take part in the sports festival. A recent visitor to school was Alison Cropley, a PE teacher from Flegg High who came with year nine play leaders to run a multi-skills session with the younger children.

YEAR 3 pupils from Filby Primary School enjoyed a trip to Flegg High School on Tuesday to take part in the sports festival. A recent visitor to school was Alison Cropley, a PE teacher from Flegg High who came with year nine play leaders to run a multi-skills session with the younger children.

Another annual event was the Easter parade and fair. Pupils and staff joined in and dressed up as characters from film and TV. The event was very colourful and in a very short space of time £389.97 was raised for school funds. A big thank you was given to all parents and friends for their continued help and support. School reopens on Monday, April 20.
