A second Fit Fest is being staged in Gorleston with some 20 classes and seminars.
Following a first effort in January George Clark and Nathan Gray are organising another event aimed at all abilities and showcasing the full range of options in the area.
The high energy antics take place at Lynn Grove Academy on Sunday September 16.
A £2.50 donation will be made to Rejuvenate Breastcare Programme at James Paget University Hospital for every ticket sold.
Each hour there will be a selection of four classes/seminars to choose from with a total of 20 throughout the day, all led by some of the area’s leading instructors.
Ticket prices are £20 if booked by Friday September 14, or £25 on the door.
A spokesman said: “This is a perfect opportunity to try a variety of amazing classes, aimed at all levels, as well as raising money for a worthwhile cause.”
