FIVE men and a woman charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine into Great Yarmouth and Caister appeared at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court earlier this week.

FIVE men and a woman charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine into Great Yarmouth and Caister appeared at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court earlier this week.

The court appearance follows an on-going investigation by the Drugs and Serious Crime Squad into the supply of cocaine from Cheshire and the subsequent distribution of the drug.

All of them are in their twenties, with two from Great Yarmouth, one from Ormesby, one from Hemsby while the other is based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

Another man, from Caister, is also being charged with dangerous driving.

All six have been remanded into custody to appear at Norwich Crown Court on Monday, February 1.

A 30 year old woman from Caister, arrested in connection with the investigation, is currently on police bail pending further enquiries.
