A FLOOD alert has been issued for the coastline of Great Yarmouth.

The Environment Agency issued its lowest warning - a floodwatch - earlier this morning after strong winds pushed sea levels up.

A FLOOD alert has been issued for the coastline of Great Yarmouth.

The Environment Agency issued its lowest warning - a floodwatch - earlier this morning after strong winds pushed sea levels up. The flooding of low lying land and roads is expected.

The warning also includes the rivers Yare, Waveney, Thurne, Ant and Bure.
