Police in Great Yarmouth have arrested a man suspected of fuel and oil theft after he assaulted an officer.
The vehicle linked with the thefts was located by police and the driver was found nearby, however, the man attempted to flee after assaulting an officer.
Police were eventually able to make an arrest and the vehicle and stolen fuel were recovered.
