Funding for centre's water supply

THE Poppy Centre Trust in Stalham, has been given £5,000 to fund laying the water supply for the new Poppy Centre - sharing in a a £25,905 pot of community grants was handed out by the Victory Housing Community Fund.

THE Poppy Centre Trust in Stalham, has been given £5,000 to fund laying the water supply for the new Poppy Centre - sharing in a a £25,905 pot of community grants was handed out by the Victory Housing Community Fund.

A panel of residents, guided by Norfolk Community Fund, which administers the fund on behalf of charitable social landlord Victory Housing Trust, was so impressed with the quality of the bids it brought forward extra funding. North Norfolk University of the Third Age received £2,282 to purchase computers and audio-visual equipment to help with teaching and learning.
