FOOTBALLERS raised 400 in memory of a former ASDA employee at a charity football match in Great Yarmouth.
The teams from ASDA and underwater electrics firm Seacon competed against each other at the town's Wellesley Road ground in memory of ASDA employee Toni Russell who died in August.
The fundraisers raised 400 from last Sunday's game for Toni's chosen dog welfare charity The Dog's Trust.
Hayley Cocksedge, events co-ordinator at ASDA, said: “We are pleased with the amount raised. We hope to raise more from the sale of the video of the football match which will go to The Dogs Trust.”
