Dozens of children have enjoyed a Christmas party at a Gorleston church hall.
The party at St Mary Magdalen church hall on Saturday was organised by borough ward councillors along with Great Yarmouth Labour Party activists.
It was attended by more than 30 children who enjoyed party games, face painting, a buffet and a visit from Father Christmas.
Councillor Trevor Wainwright said: “I would like to thank everyone who helped to organise the event and to MESH for their support in pulling off such a splendid Christmas party for local children and families.
“I am especially grateful to Jo Thurtle for all her hard work in making this event a reality.”
The Great Yarmouth Labour Party group is also running a reverse advent calendar and encouraging members to donate a little something to the Great Yarmouth Food bank every day up until Christmas.
The drop off point for anyone wishing to contribute is the White Swan pub on North Quay.
