Gorleston fatality sparks appeal

POLICE are appealing for information in relation to a fatal collision which resulted in the death of an 89-year-old Gorleston man.

Henry Springall, of Humberstone Road had been in collision with a tipper truck in Beccles Road, Gorleston at 9.

POLICE are appealing for information in relation to a fatal collision which resulted in the death of an 89-year-old Gorleston man.

Henry Springall, of Humberstone Road had been in collision with a tipper truck in Beccles Road, Gorleston at 9.15am last Friday.

The pedestrian was taken to James Paget Hospital but died later.

The lorry driver was uninjured.
