Gorleston library to shut for refit

GORLESTON Library will be closed for 10 days for a refit.

The library will be shut from 8pm on Tuesday until November 28 when three self-service machines will be installed and a new carpet fitted.

The library will be shut from 8pm on Tuesday until November 28 when three self-service machines will be installed and a new carpet fitted.

The self-service machines will allow people to issue and return borrowed items themselves and improvements to the layout will also be made.

Books can be renewed or returned at any Norfolk County Council library, although the closest libraries for return of books are Great Yarmouth and Caister.

Library users can also renew books by calling 0844 800 8006, or by logging onto Norfolk County Council's Library Service website www.norlink.norfolk.gov.uk.
