Supermarket staff threatened by man with knife after theft

A man has been remanded in custody after Tesco staff were threatened with a knife and a number of items were stolen.
The incident happened at approximately 7.45pm on Tuesday when items were stolen from the Tesco Store in Pasteur Road, Great Yarmouth.
Staff were then threatened by a man with a knife.
Robert Loombe, 46, of New College Close in Gorleston was arrested in connection with the incident and charged on Thursday morning.
He was remanded in custody and will appear before magistrates later on Thursday.
