A GORLESTON man will appear before Great Yarmouth magistrates at the beginning of April, charged with falsely claiming benefit.
Christopher Mowatt, 47, of Avondale Road appeared before magistrates today charged with failing to telling the Department for Work and Pensions his disability had improved, affecting his entitlement to Disability Living Allowance.
He previously appeared before the town’s magistrates on February 4, but his case was also adjourned.
He was given unconditional bail to appear on April 1.
