A woman suffered head injuries and was robbed of cash following an attack from behind in Gorleston.
At around 7.20pm on Wednesday, February 14, a woman aged in her 20s was attacked on Church Road in the town, close to the junction with Fredrick Road.
The woman was grabbed from behind, obscuring her view of her attacker, although she believed the person who attacked her was male,
The victim suffered head injuries as a result of the incident, and had an amount of loose cash stolen from her possession.
Police officers have now appealed for any witnesses to the attack to step forward and provide information.
