Gorleston woman denies burglary charge

A GORLESTON woman appeared in court on Monday and denied trying to burgle an elderly female neighbour.

Jamie Fotis, 29, of Trafalgar Road West, is alleged to have entered the home of a 73-year-old neighbour and tried to steal items from coats hanging up on July 5.

Jamie Fotis, 29, of Trafalgar Road West, is alleged to have entered the home of a 73-year-old neighbour and tried to steal items from coats hanging up on July 5.

Fotis pleaded not guilty at Yarmouth Magistrates Court and her trial will be heard at a later date at Norwich Crown Court.
