Village groups and organisations in Martham are celebrating after it was announced that they will share a £10,000 jackpot of cash administered by the borough council.

Village groups and organisations in Martham are celebrating after it was announced that they will share a £10,000 jackpot of cash administered by the borough council.

The nine groups include Martham's 1st Brownies, old folks club, bowls club, the Trinity Sure Start Children's Centre, the Martham scouts, St Mary's Church, Martham local history group and the Flegg centre and extended schools project.

All the grants will be handed out by the leader of Yarmouth Borough Council Barry Coleman on February 27 at Flegg High School.
