A couple from Birmingham made sure they got a prime view of the Great Yarmouth Air Show by securing a seafront bench.
Trevor and Betty Yates, 58 and 57 respectively, made their bench by the Sea Life Centre their home.
They were some of the first people to secure a place to gain the best views of the planes due to start zooming over the town from 1pm.
The Yates are holidaying in Broad Farm Caravan Park in Fleggburgh and are avid air show fans, and had been to the previous events in Lowestoft and Mildenhall.
They were joined by their son Andy and his wife Emma.
Mrs Yates said: I am surprised Yarmouth has never had an air show before. It will be good for the town. We came down at 7.30am to get the best view.”
Her husband joked: “We are old now so we went for a bench instead of the sand.”
