A care home in Great Yarmouth has been put up for sale for £395,000.
Abbeville Lodge on Acle New Road is being marketed by Christie & Co as a business for sale as a freehold.
It can cater for up to 20 residents and is currently owned by Abbeville RCH Limited, which also has a care home in Wellesley Road in the town.
The Christie & Co sale brochure says the site is up for sale as its owners want to sell in order to “have a complete change”.
It comes with 18 bedrooms, a lawned garden and car parking.
Abbeville Lodge was rated as requiring improvement following a Care Quality Commission last October.
Last month it was revealed the company’s care home in Wellesley Road, which has 19 residents, was to be closed by its owner, with the Care Quality Commission due to cancel its registration following a critical inspection report by the watchdog.
