Great Yarmouth stopped to pay its respects for a much-loved scrap metal merchant and horse trader as the funeral service was held for Michael “Mike” Docwra.
A procession of over a dozen horse-drawn carriages and vintage trucks made its way from the Docwra family scrapyard near Gapton Hall to St Nicholas Minster.
A service was held at Great Yarmouth Minster on Monday for Mr Docwra who died aged 71 after a long illness.

One of the red vintage pick-up trucks was filled to the brim with floral tributes including the words ‘Dad’ and ‘Grandad’ in large white letters.
He was known for as a “grafter” and was described by his family as “the kind of man who was once met and never forgotten, who treated everyone fairly without a bad word to say about anyone.”
