There is travel chaos in Great Yarmouth after the barriers came down and became stuck on the Haven Bridge.

The incident is believed to be caused by a power problem and has seen traffic heading towards Southtown backed up, with buses diverted.

People could also be seen clambering under the barriers or climbing over them, with some people even moving them aside, such as motorcyclists to get their vehicles through.
