President Jean Thorpe welcomes Jenny Childerhouse Picture Sue Casey


The Great Yarmouth Inner Wheel president Jean Thorpe welcomed Jenny Childerhouse as speaker at the recent business meeting. Jenny has been involved with the inner wheel for 26 years.

She is a Norfolk girl from farming families and told members she worked in high street banks and in her spare time looks into family history.

On Wednesday, March 29 the president is holding at her home a Easter coffee morning 10.30am to 1pm in aid of the nook appeal and Great Yarmouth and Gorleston Youth Carers.

There will be an Easter egg tombola, cake stall, plant stall and refreshments. The next lunchtime meeting is on Wednesday, April 5 at the Burlington Palm Hotel. The speaker will be Barbara Tildesley.
