A wanted man has been arrested after police found him in a shop when they were buying sweets on Thursday night.

A tweet from Great Yarmouth Police said the male is in custody and will be in court on Friday morning.

The tweet said: “When you stop off to buy some sweets to see you through the night shift and come out with a wanted male under arrest. Male currently in custody ready to go to court in the morning.”
