THE week before Christmas was filled with thrills and spills for pupils at Greenacre Primary School in Great Yarmouth.
Pupils were rewarded for their achievements this term in a celebration assembly in front of proud parents. Children who had 100pc attendance received certificates and were entered into a raffle to win a Christmas hamper.
As part of Live Music Week organised by Norfolk County Council a choir of six music teachers visited Greenacre last Wednesday . Children from reception to Year 6 enjoyed listening to a variety of festive songs, both modern and traditional.
And a group of senior citizens were invited to the school to watch foundation stage pupils perform Babushka. A group of children sang carols while Year 6 pupils served mince pies and drinks.
