The Yarmouth and Waveney Primary Care Trust(PCT) wants to relocate services from Northgate Hospital to Carlton Court because the Lowestoft site has more modern facilities.
Health bosses at the PCT and partner agency the Norfolk and Waveney Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust also want to develop further comm-unity-based care so people can stay at home longer.
The 15-week consultation finishes on Monday. To take part, call 01502 719590, visit www.gywpct.nhs.uk or e-mail gyw-pct.consultation@nhs.net
