The Community Confidence Panel, which holds regular meetings, gives people the chance to have their say on experiences with police and their expectations of the force.
Inspector Richard Graveling, head of Gorleston safer neighbourhood team, said the meetings offered vital feedback on the quality of service offered and how it could be improved.
