THE owner of a missing tortoise is putting out a desperate appeal for help after it went missing in Bradwell over the weekend. Jane Taylor, first noticed that Basil, who is elderly and has a misaligned jaw, had disappeared on Sunday after he dug his way out of the garden.
THE owner of a missing tortoise is putting out a desperate appeal for help after it went missing in Bradwell over the weekend.
Jane Taylor, first noticed that Basil, who is elderly and has a misaligned jaw, had disappeared on Sunday after he dug his way out of the garden.
Basil is an elderly tortoise who could fit on a tea plate with a slightly misaligned jaw.
Jane, of El Alamein Way, said: “I've been out every day looking for him and I'm worried because he has dug out into the Blue Sky building site behind me house.”
