A BRADWELL group has a mystery to solve and wants the help of Mercury readers. Venetia Spink, the secretary of Bradwell Community Centre in Green Lane, said: “We are due to have the inside of the centre decorated later this month but are keen to find the owners of a roll of honour board which has been on the wall of the centre for many years.

“It belongs to the Bradwell Amateurs Winemakers Guild which no longer exists. We were wondering if you would be able to place a picture of this board in The Mercury in case anyone mentioned on the board would like to have it. If no-one claims it will be destroyed as we have no use for it now.”

Venetia can be contacted on 01493304261 or email bradwell.centre@googlemail.com.
