A TALENTED dancer is taking a big step towards achieving her dream of a professional stage career.
Laura Eagle-Sayer, from Great Yarmouth, will be starting a dance degree next month.
Dancing at the age of five, Laura, 18, has performed in shows for Hemsby Harlequins and gone on to become a full-time dancer and swimmer at the Hippodrome theatre.
Hemsby Harlequins donated 400 towards fees for the course at the Masters Performing Arts College, in Essex.
There are no student loans for courses at dance colleges, so Laura has contacted trusts and companies for support and sponsorship towards her fees.
She said: “I would like to say a special thank you to Estelle Clifton for all her help and support over the past 10 years without her guidance I would not be fulfilling my ambition.”
