THE freehold interest of the Lacon Arms in Hemsby has been sold to local buyers Bevans of Hemsby. The asking price was £225,000.

The Lacon Arms is currently closed.

THE freehold interest of the Lacon Arms in Hemsby has been sold to local buyers Bevans of Hemsby. The asking price was £225,000.

John Grace of Christie + Co of Ipswich said: “The sale proves that properties are still selling and changing hands in the current market. The sale took approximately two months from receiving instructions to market the Lacon Arms to the deal completing. We wish the Bevans every success in this new venture”.
