PUPILS at Herman Middle School in Gorleston celebrated the FA Cup Schools Day in style last week. Coaches Joe Waters and Mark Vaudin from Norwich City Football Club visited the Oriel Avenue school on Thursday and ran football training sessions for every class.
PUPILS at Herman Middle School in Gorleston celebrated the FA Cup Schools Day in style last week.
Coaches Joe Waters and Mark Vaudin from Norwich City Football Club visited the Oriel Avenue school on Thursday and ran football training sessions for every class.
Pupils, who came to school dressed in their favourite football team's kit, took part in a range of football related activities in lessons throughout the day. They wrote football reports, presented football data in graphs and designed their own football kits.
Both Joe and Mark said they were impressed with the children's good behaviour, enthusiasm and team spirit.
