A horse show staged in memory of a popular young man who took his own life has raised more than £1,600 for a mental health charity.
Organisers said the event staged at Humberstone Farm in Great Yarmouth was enjoyed by all who wrapped up and turned out.
But plummeting temperatures on Sunday saw a corresponding dip in takings with some people put off by the cold weather.

“The people who did come really did enjoy it but it was just so cold,” she said, adding that it was too cold to bath the horses before showing them as usually happened.
The money raised will be donated to Great Yarmouth and Waveney Mind which is celebrating 40 years of its caring work by organising 40 events.
After the event it was announced that Dawn Potter, Trystan’s mother, is to become an ambassador for the charity.
