THE world's fastest hot water bottle burster, Shaun Jones and his rapper will be warming up the crowds at the busiest point of Macmillan Cancer Support's biggest sponsored charity walk in the UK on Sunday at 10am at the Wroxham Bure Valley Station.

Shaun has also recently broken another world record for the most weight squat-lifted in 24 hours!

Around 500 people have registered to take part so far in this year's walk and around 200-250 will get the chance to see the fastest hot water bottle burster in the world.

Shaun will kick off the Sunday walks by blowing up hot waters until they burst.

His mum had a Macmillan Nurse before she died - hence he is very keen to support the charity event.

Participants in the walk can choose to walk 9, 6 or 3 miles and receive a trip on a Bure Valley Narrow Gauge steam train.

Last year's walk raised 48,000!
