9.20am - 0 degrees. In Yarmouth town itself, most roads and pavements are okay for pedestrians, but the side roads and pavements are icy. Snow yesterday froze overnight and then another layer of snow has covered the ice - making it lethal and very slippery.
Traffic is slow due to the snow and ice.
However, the sun is shining and although the temperature remains 0 degrees, it is melting the snow where it is not shaded by buildings.
