Hunt for youths after Acle bin fire
Police are hunting for youths who are suspected of damaging a five a side football pitch in Acle by setting fire to a wheelie bin.The pitch and some fencing at the Acle Recreation Centre and Social Club were damaged when the industrial wheelie bin was pushed next to them and set ablaze in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The pitch and some fencing at the Acle Recreation Centre and Social Club were damaged when the industrial wheelie bin was pushed next to them and set ablaze in the early hours of Saturday morning.
At the time of the fire, which happened between 1am and 2am, a large group of youths was seen in the area at Bridewell Lane.
The youths were all on bicycles at the time of the incident.
Police believe one or more of the youths may have been responsible for the blaze.
A police spokesman said: “Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area between the times stated or from anyone with information in relation to the suspects.”
