AN injunction has been made on two kebab restaurants preventing them from delivering menus at caravan parks in the Great Yarmouth Borough area.
Renata Ltd Great Yarmouth Pizza Delight and Kebab, on Salisbury Road, and Family Kebab and Pizzeria, on Northgate Street, must resist from delivering leaflets to five sites, Norwich County Court heard on Tuesday.
The caravan parks include Bourne Leisure owned Hopton Holiday Village, Caister Holiday Park, Seashore Holiday Park Great Yarmouth, as well as Park Resorts, and California Cliffs in Great Yarmouth.
