Councillors at Hopton, near Great Yarmouth, want to take ownership of 0.5 hectare of woods near Hall Road and St Margaret's Church from the present owner so it can be trans-formed into the reserve and a walk.

Yarmouth Borough Council has issued a compulsory purchase order so it can buy the land and then hand it over to the parish council.
