Each year the Great Yarmouth branch of the National Federation of Retail Newsagents presents the Foreman Cup to the local athlete showing the most improvement and promise.

This month the cup was handed over to 15-year-old Issuf Sanha, who is in year group 10. His two main events are the 100m, in which he set a best time of 11.13 seconds, and the long jump – where he achieved 6.03 metres.
